Within online and mobile environment we are a producer and assimilator of high-end culture and lifestyle content from its conception to production, as well as distribution among various global media and print platforms.

Founded by Jérôme Sans (the former director of the ground breaking Ullens Center for Contemporary Art in Beijing and co-founder of the acclaimed Palais de Tokyo in Paris), Morgan Morris and Philip Qu, Perfect Crossovers brings together a visionary team that is a forerunner in recognition of emerging contemporary art, cultural and lifestyle trends. 


Jérôme Sans / Artistic Director, President

Jérôme Sans is an icon in the world of contemporary creativity, who among other feats, co-founded the acclaimed Palais de Tokyo in Paris, was first groundbreaking director who developed the model for Ullens Center for Contemporary Art in Beijing, and has been creative director and editor in chief for L’Officiel Art magazine (France), as well as global cultural curator for Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts and curator of over 300 international exhibitions and biennales with artists and creators from the highest global level.


Morgan Morris / Director

Morgan Morris, after working for top galleries and contemporary art institutions in the US and Europe, she has developed over the past 15-years cross pollinated experiences through cultural event production between Europe and China.  She was on the founding team for SH Contemporary, and a consultant for both Photo Beijing and Art Beijing. She worked with Cinecitta film studios as Chinese consultant for production and CCTV 6 for windows on the world as European production consultant.  She also worked with the Mayor of Rome on cultural event exchanges between Rome and Beijing.


Philip Qu / Director

Philip Qu is recognized as one of China's top lawyers for his work in the media, technology and widely recognized as one of China's top lawyers in the TMT sector. He has extensive experience advising on investment structuring, market entry, M&A, private financing & IPOs, regulatory compliance and partnerships. He leads the firms TMT practice which provides a full range of services in the broadcast media, film, publishing, Internet, telecoms and IT sectors.
